Ikeja Hotel Plc has released its unaudited group financial statement for the third quarter ended 30th of September, 2021. 

  • Revenue during the period was N2.84 billion. (+306.76% YoY)  
  • Cost of Sales for the period was N2.08 billion. (+159.40% YoY) 
  • Gross Profit for the period was N752.69 million 
  • Sale and Distribution expenses during the period was N68.01 million. (+649.54% YoY) 
  • Administrative and General expenses of N310.43 million was recorded. 
  • Operating Profit for the period was reported as N370.43 million. 
  • Profit after tax during the period was N34.15 million. 
  • Total assets during the period stood at N42.35 billion. (+795 mn YtD) 
  • Earnings per share of 2 kobo Vs loss of 30 kobo.

Ikeja Hotel Plc: Notice of Board Meeting.

Ikeja Hotel Plc has notified its shareholders, the investing public and other relevant stakeholders that it will be hosting a Board of Directors Meeting on Thursday, October 21, 2021 by 11:00am prompt.

This is according to a notice signed by the company’s secretary, Deborah Okpiaifo, and filed with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX).

According to the notice, the board meeting is scheduled to enable the Directors review and approve the company’s unaudited financial accounts for the third quarter ended 30th of September, 2021.

In line with Rule 17.18 of the Rulebook of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), the company disclosed that it had already commenced a closed period from October 1, 2021. The closed period will last until 24 hours after the financial results have been released to the NGX and made public.

During the closed period, all insiders such as: Director, persons discharging managerial responsibilities, and advisers of the Company and their connected persons  are prohibited from trading (i.e. buying, selling, transferring or otherwise dealing) in the company’s shares.

Ikeja Hotel Plc released its unaudited financial statements for the period ended 30th of June, 2021.

  • Revenue for the period was N3.76 billion (+29.4% YoY)
  • Cost of sales was N2.88 billion.(+5.7% YoY)
  • An operating profit of N250.6million was recorded. (+165.2% YoY)
  • Administrative and general expenses totalled N672.42 million. (-0.8% YoY)
  • Loss after tax for the period was N229.4 million.
  • Loss per share of -11 kobo Vs -38 kobo YoY
  • Total assets for the period stood at N41.86 billion

Ikeja Hotel Plc reports loss of N6.72 billion in FY 2020.

Ikeja Hotel Plc released its audited full-year results for the year ended 31st December 2020.

  • Revenue from contract with customers was N5.07 billion. (-59.5% YoY)
  • The cost of sales was N5.48 billion. (-38.7% YoY)
  • An operating loss of N6.5 billion, compared to a profit of N1.8 billion in 2019.
  • Administrative expenses was N6.72 billion (+265% YoY)
  • Loss for the year was N6.7 billion against a profit of N834.95 million in 2019.
  • Loss per share of N3.23.
  • No dividend announcement was made.
