Through a notice filed with the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), McNichols Consolidated Plc has notified the investing public and the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) of the outcome of the meeting held on October 26, 2021 by the board of directors.
The notice which was signed by the company’s secretary, Mrs. Benedicta Sadare, disclosed that the Board of Directors of McNichols have approved the company’s 2021 third quarter unaudited financial statements (July to September 2021).
In addition, the disclosure stated that the third quarter Unaudited Financial Statements will be filed via the Issuer’s portal on or before Saturday, October 30, 2021
